Research And Development Of Examine And Approve System Based On WEB

With the development of information technologies and the promotion from the government, the construction of E-GOV system in china has undergoing rapid development. As an important part of E-GOV system, the Examine and Approve system has become the hotspot. The author focuses on this active area and especially researches theories and development technologies of XML, Web service and other Web Application Systems.Based on the theoretical study, the author presents a framework of the Examine and Approve system and through analyzing, designing and coding implements the Examine and Approve system based on web.The thesis introduces the author's research work systemically and discusses the XML Integration in asynchronous system, the Service Reference based on SOAP, Web Services-based database access and other key technologies in details. At last the author expatiate the design and the implementation of some important modules such as the file communication sub-system, the project declaration sub-system, the data query sub-system, the project examine and approve sub-system, the data maintenance sub-system and the user-management sub-system.
