Project Examine And Approve System Based On Workflow Technology

With the sustaining development of E-government, workflow technology plays an important role in the establishment of examine and approve platform to provide services to the public. Based on the realization and study of workflow technology, this paper introduces the workflow technology to the E-government examine and approve platform applications. This paper provides a model of workflow engine used in examine and approve system and gives the realization of hierarchical user management. In the meantime, the above-mentioned workflow management model has been applied in Project Examine and Approve System of Changchun Economical & Technological Development Zone (CETDZ).The system implement a workflow management system using the technology of Web Service. Because on the.Net platform, this workflow management system is advanced in loose-couple,low cost,high integration ability,etc. Workflow engine is the core of a workflow management system. Its communication mode is the key to improve the integration ability of workflow management system. In this system, the workflow engines are communicated with each other by calling the interface of other workflow engine through the Web Service. By using this communication mode, this workflow management system has improved its integration ability obviously.This thesis includes into six chapters:Chapter1:In the first chapter, an overall review is given on present situation, prospect, concept, history and development of the domestic and international e-governments. Analyze concrete business and implemental model of international examines and approve system. International Examine and approve system is not only convenient to public, but is efficient to governmental work. Face to public, it mainly provide a consultation service, form download, the intelligence navigate, declare on-line, services of circumstance searching; Face to examine and approve member, it mainly provide a workflow to turn, business carry out, information share, information feedback and statistics etc. Finally, this chapter determines the objectives of the thesis.Chapter 2:Introduce the structure of workflow management system, reference workflow model and tools of establishing workflow model and the introduced workflow executive service and workflow engine emphatically. Workflow executive service is the core of workflow management system. Actually it is the dispatching machine of governmental affairs resources. In government organs which adopt a workflow management system, workflow executive service is Operate System of E-government. Workflow executive service is composed by 1 or several workflow engine, it provided running environment of examples of processes. It mainly complete the example building and run process model and it also provide navigation of processes and activities and complete various activities with exterior resources, it also provide management of workflow control data and other related data.Chapter 3:Study the frame of E-governmental examine and approve system, the technique frame is divided in to four layers:Connecting layer, Application layer, Supporting layer and Resources layer , the whole system provide a high-quality characteristic service for the each layer customer completely; Puts forward to system management model applied to E- governmental examine and approve system, discussed the workflow model of total function design emphatically, elaborate 7 subtopics respectively, such as workflow engine, process definition, process execution, process supervision, the exterior procedure adjust to use management, the client management etc.Chapter 4:Centre on the core part of examine and approve system----the workflow engine to carry on a thorough study, put forward a design way of the structure of workflow engine, and carried out that engine by.NET technique. This workflow engine is made up of three primary important parts named: workflow logic part, workflow sustaining system part and data management part. The workflow logic part is used to manage the logic of the workflow engine. So, this workflow management system has realized the separating of the application logic and the controlling of the data. This workflow engine can be separated to 7 modules named: workflow instantiation module, task executing module, task submitting module, task scheduling module, task ready module and workflow ending module. The above modules can navigate the workflow management system by calling the function of each other.Chapter 5:Inquire into the implementation of the examine and approve system based on workflow technology of CETDZ, enumerated the whole business of business-model establishment, including workflow template usage, the establishment of beginning node and executive node, mission allotment and logical output definition etc.Chapter 6:It is a full text summary and elaborated the main work of thesis.In brief, the examine and approve system is an important window way that the government faces to public and social service, the government should relieve thought, be creative continuously, and digest advance technology ----The workflow technology to raise the application level of the E-government and improve governmental service quality and efficiency.
