Research And Development Of The Logistics Wireless Storage Information Integrated System

With development of logistics technology and deposit &transport industry, enterprises pay more attention to the efficiency of material flow. Storage , a very important chain of material flow, now is supervised manually or in the state of semi-automation in China. Its efficiency is not high. In recent years, some of corporations realize partial integration of information, but mode of communications is lineate mostly. There are some localization for the communication mode. Some process can not operate without paper. So the thesis puts forward a system project which aims to accomplish the wireless, automatic and informational supervision of storage.The thesis puts forward a logistics storage wireless information integrated system where computer controlling is the kernel, the tool of collect data is portable wireless terminal. In allusion to the wireless information integrated system , this paper mainly stated the aspects below we have studiedThe thesis summarizes the development and present situation of the technology such as automatic identification, wireless communication, AGVS, system integration and MIS at home and abroad, and introduces research contents.1) The thesis analyzes the makeup of the logistics wireless storage system, expatiate the function of all parts of the system, finally, summarize the trait by comparing with the old logistics storage system .2) This article analyzes the function of the embedded wireless portable data collecting terminal, base on the analysis, design the hardware flat of the terminal, expatiate the hardware interface and program of the flat , show the flow chart of every program.3) The thesis expound the key technology of the system design which include the design of communication system ,the development of the embedded wireless portable data collecting terminal ,the design of the radio model.4 ) The thesis analyzes the makeup of the logistics wireless storage information integrated system , expatiate the realization process of all parts of the system , present the interrelated technology .Finally, taking the logistics storage system of Wuhan Steel Institute for a example, the article analyzes the shortage of the old system, reconstruct the system by using the logistics storage wireless information integrated system, evaluate the anticipated effect.Based on the summaries and conclusions of all research works, some suggestions and prospect for further researches are put forward.
