Intelligent Storage System Based On Embedded Zigbee Wireless Network

Storage system is a core part of modern logistics development.With increasing inventory levels,the frequency of rapid storage growth, how to use modern means of effective management of storage utilization, has become a modern enterprise in the competition to victory. Article analysis the development of storage systems at home and abroad, and introduced the existing control techniques and testing technology. The article introduced the ZigBee of technology from a technical agreement to architecture in detail. For intelligent storage system, design a whole storage system, determine the hardware platfom and the terminal nodes for based on the selected network structure. The system developed the completely software interface and achieved the visual management of human-computer interaction.The article analysis and comparison the available algorithms of the distance, and establish three kinds of simulation model of distance. Using MATLAB for data processing, selection Kalman filter model of the highest accuracy. And effectively reduces the error rate of the position of the node, and achieve the intelligent storage system management.The terminal controllers、routers and node detection had designed and developed to meet the IEEE802.14.5network protocol in the CC2430core. The sensors DS18B20tested the temperature and the sensors DHT11tested the humidity of the surrounding environment. In circuit designing, we consider the layout of components, emission of circuit, noise suppression and designing of RF antenna. These can improve the communication distance and provide the communication quality of the ZigBee devices. The system has TQ2440core and introduces the embedded operating systems. We build WEB server, create a portable database Squlite and allow the user to view historical data. At the same time, we design CGI script on PC to achieve client-server data exchange. The user can monitor and control the whole system in the PC.
