In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has entered a new normal.The government has gradually reformed the original industrial structure,and logistics enterprises have also continuously upgraded and transformed into modern logistics enterprises.Nowadays,the development of intelligent warehouse management in our country present imbalances.Domestic logistics giants have applied embedded technology,Io T technology,robotics technology,and big data cloud computing technology to warehouse management.However,most SMEs still use manual-based,computer-assisted warehouse management..In view of this phenomenon,designing a low-cost,high-efficiency warehouse management system is of great significance to the development of China's warehouse management.First,we analyze the development status of warehouse management at home and abroad,and propose an intelligent Io T management system for SMEs based on embedded technology and Io T technology.The system is divided into three subsystems,mainly including data acquisition systems,front-end data processing systems,and remote control systems.The data acquisition system collects the environmental information through sensor nodes placed in the warehouse,then the environmental information is packaged and sent to the front-end data processing system through the Zig Bee wireless network.The goods information is collected by using the interrupt method.If there is a credit card interrupt,the data collection system sends an acquisition instruction to collect and verify.After the verification is successful,the goods information is packaged and sent to the front-end data processing system through the Zig Bee wireless network.The front-end data processing system receives warehouse data packets in real time.After receiving the data packet,unpack it for analysis.Then store the warehouse information to the SQLite3 database and refresh the shared memory at the same time to facilitate the remote control system to obtain real-time storage data.The remote control system submits the control command to the boa server through the web page.After receiving the remote request,the boa server determines which CGI process to call and its extended interface to complete the task,and returns the result to the web page.The remote control system provides warehouse administrators with a visual monitoring platform.we design and implement the intelligent Io T management system,through the overall test has reached the expected design requirements,and the operating status is good.This has certain reference value for the upgrade of the warehouse management of SMEs.
