This dissertation describes the studying of data sampling terminal about the mobile telemedicine system based on CDMA. This terminal consists of five units: temperature collecting, ECG collecting, the main circuit, liquid crystal graphic display (LCD), serial communication. Another, it also consists of data processing software. Temperature collecting uses not-uniform two-direction ballasting resistance as sensor, the signal is non-linear compensation at hardware and software, it's precision can reach 0.1℃. ECG collecting uses Ag/Agcl electrode as sensor, the signal is amplified and filtered. This paper also proposes an electro cardio distortion less data compression algorithm. The algorithm is simple but effective, it can process the data at real time, and the compression-ratio reaches 2-6. The main circuit is an application system using AT89C52 as core. LCD can provide immediate, accurate, high-resolution display of ECG waveforms and numeric displays of heart rate and temperature. This system also can make communism with the main computer by its interface COM and USB.
