Research On The Electrical Telecommunication Network Management Of Zhejiang Province Based On TMN

This thesis presents the definition, the functions and the history of networks management. It concentrates on three popular networks management frames - the frame based on the Internet/SNMP, OSI/CMIP-oriented frame, TMN frame. It gives a brief introduction of the practical methods of developing the systems. Last, we implement some networks management systems of electric power communication networks management system. This system manages and controls the electric power communication networks of the network-level.
