| This thesis first studied the current status and management demands of electric power communication system, then pointed out the necessity to build the Integrated Network Management (INM) system and the designing object. Based on analyzing the functional architecture of INM, this document illuminated components of Control Center/Monitor Substation and how can they work as one system. Combined with the Electric Power system,the paper studied several different interfaces of professional networks/elements which the INM system would connect with, then give out the concrete monitor items that the INM must have. T his thesis designed detailedly the software function of INM such as fault & alarm management,resource management,performances management,GIS and WEB management etc. Finally this thesis verified the validity of the INM system by designing the E1 resource management software. |
