The Material Management System For Daqing Pump

The material management System for daqing pump is established by ERP theory in this paper. The system includes four apartments: contract management, planning management, seller record management and stock analyze. They are composed in a unitary by the information integration. The main achievements are system analyze, system design, applying software design and user training.We investigate the orgnazation construct , operation procedure and information flow in every part of the enterprise by mastering the material flow and the information flow. Then, we master the requirement of the enterprise for the system in function and information. We protract the data flow picture of the system and write out the data dictionary.The system design includes information model, function design and dada-base logical relation. The information model is established by entity-relation method, and the E-R picture is ploted, and the in-out diagram is gived out; the fuction designed is established by IDEF0 method, the subsystems are designed according to the model in detail, we give out the explaining document and explain the calculation method for the model; we design the data-base logical relation by the above models, decide the distributing and partition the relation diagram of the data-base, then define the logical structure of the diagrams.The applying software designed includes physical design and implement of the database and the program coding. We design the physical structure and distributing according to client end/server mode in physical design and implement of the database, and design the database equitment ang the database with Microsoft SQL Server, and establish the diagram structure with PowerBuilder method; we design the diagram coding combining object-oriented method with life cycle method. The software is improved by testing in Daqing ESP Company. We also give the technological document.All procedure is carried out according to software engineering, and adopted structural design and facing data flow methods. The design of program coding is combined to the idea of simultaneity engineering. The software color is underMDI frame of Windows, simultaneously, noticing the correlative documentediting for the future maintenance work.
