The Daqing ESP's Quoting System For Tenders

The quoting document of tender is written by handwork in Daqing ESP company tody. In the rival, using this method, the efficiency is low, and reflection is slow, it mikes many difficulties to obtain the trade.In this paper, we set up a quoting system for tenders through analyzing the function requirement and communication requirment of consumer. The information is summed up from every function departments in the company. The operation flow and the top data flow picture are drawed by coordinating the information. The data dictionary is gived according to the data flow picture.We adopt IDEFo method to set up information model, function design and database. On the one hand, we separate the system into four apartment, basic database, quoting for tenders, the document management and consumer information management, on the other hand, we are going on the logic design for the database in detail according to the requirment.We design the database's physical structure and distributing according to client end/server mode. We design the database equitment and the database with Microsoft SQL Server. We design the software combining object-oriented method with life cycle method. The software is improved by testing in Daqing ESP Company. We also give the technological document. We choice Power Builder as the front tap tool.In designing procedure, some advance idea, advance technology and all depanding on software engineering method are used. Life cycle method, simultaneity engineering and object-oriented method are used to design and implement in intersection. We extract MPPâ…¡, PDM, CAD, ERP designing method in designing the system. It is a general road.After finishing the design, we realize the function and the information integration of quoting for tenders, and the software is applied, it is certificated by the company also.
