A new type and energy saving pump unit system droved by Linear Induction Motor(LIM) based on "the principle of electrical cannon" is designed in this dissertation to solve the problems of such as long driving chain, poor flexibility and low efficiency, stoke and time of stoke discommodious regulated. The theoretical analysis and experimental research are presented in the following aspects. The main research work is shown below:1) Nowadays, beam-pumping units are mostly used to extract oil in the oil exploitation, but the method has high energy expenditure and low output. The scheme used LIM as an underground pump drive has more preponderant to beam-pumping unit is also introduced.2) By analyzing tubular LIM structure and characteristics, considering the special end effect, the LIM math's model are established through coordinate transform and transform matrix.3) In order to overcome the defects of the controller's learning algorithm of the traditional Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN), such as low accuracy, low convergence spend, and poor on-line application affections, a composed strategy based on combining genetic algorithm and FNN control is presented. The new control strategy blends the advantages of genetic algorithm, BP algorithm and least square technique. The simulation experiment shows that the leaming accuracy and convergence speed of the FNN in complicated variant system control are improved and the on-line application effect of the FNN controller is strengthened.Using the real time collection date, we get the accurate control signal as a input of tubular LIM through genetic algorithm and FNN, which have been trained already.(4)According to the mass of tubular LIM's load change greatly and bad working environment of tubular LIM, by analyzing the special control requirements of tubular LIM. a compound control scheme based on combining IP control and internal model control is presented. to independently enhance the immunity to a disturbance and robustness of linear system..
