Research And Application On The Mode Of Networked Customization For Electric Appliance Set

Electric appliance set manufacturing enterprise is an order-drived producing enterprise, every product involved in each order is an individual customized product, a great deal of information interchange will occur frequently in the process of customization between enterprise, customer and professional electric power design institute. It is how to rapidly and efficiently make out the technical intention and realize individual customization with high quality and low cost that has been an important and urgent problem which enterprise has to resolve. With the rapid development of computer network technology, multimedia technology and the theory of MC, the establishment of the networked marketing and customization system will become one primary tide for traditional marketing system innovation for electric appliance set enterprise. Currently, the research and application of product customization base on network is flourishing, many important fruit have been obtained. But the research and application of electric appliance set is still the phase of pilot study. This paper will mainly study and discuss the mode of networked customization on electric appliance set, including the architecture, run mode, system development and appliance. This paper analyses the characteristic of the mode of electric appliance set marketing, referring relating research fruit at home and abroad, because of some problem of traditional product customization for electric appliance set, a new mode for customization is put forward, and its frame and run flow have been established.On the basis of research of electric appliance set networked customization mode, a general technology frame is established, and key techniques involved are also studied, including: networked product show, networked product configuration, system development and supporting techniques etc, and specific application is also introduced.Finally, on the applicable background of "Chongqing Huayang Corporation's CIMS Application Engineering (No. 6901-04)", combining enterprise informationalization engineering's research and implementation, this paper puts forwards a case of this mode, that is Huayang Corporation electric appliance set networked marketing and customization system, this system's layout and development are finished, some good effect is also obtained.
