Up till now, when we undertake athletic matches or recreational activities in most stadiums, ticket selling and checking are both done manually, which often causes a couple of problems. First, all tickets are printed in advance, once the tickets are not sold out, it will cause great waste. Second, audience cannot directly view their expected seats with the purchased tickets. Third, information about ticket-selling and audience attendance cannot be reported on time. Fourth, economic dissension and pressure on public security will increase in the case of spectators without tickets sneaking in illegally. In order to solve above problems, after fully analyzing ticket selling, checking and other possible demands of door-controlling system, on the basis of access control system of Wulihe Stadium, this thesis paper presents the design of Access Control System for stadiums and the realization of its customization subsystem. The thesis adopts UML (Uniform Modeling Language) to design and analyze access control system, using static modeling mechanism such as use case diagram, package diagram and class diagram as well as dynamic modeling mechanism such as activity diagram and sequence diagram. And it focuses on ticket-selling function to demonstrate the realization of the whole system. First, it changes the existing ichnography into the simulated three-dimensional graph, which guarantees its all-purpose utility. On the other hand, considering that the division of seats will vary greatly with activities, the system can customize a particular seat graph to satisfy audience's demand so as to help audience with an actual view before booking any tickets based on price, direction, seat classification, line and row, etc.Recently, more and more social activities are held in stadiums in our country, especially the 2008 Olympic games will be held in Beijing. It is imperative that we should develop an access control system of our own and tackle the current problems more efficiently. Therefore, this thesis has very significant realistic meaning in both economic and social benefits.
