With the rapid development of artificial fiberboard manufacturing industry, requirements for the plate detection are higher and higher, the efficiency of traditional plate detection method is low, its speed is slow, and it can not carry out on-line detection. Digital image detection technique is a nondestructive testing technique, its feature is fast speed, on-line detection, nondestructive detection and automation, it has been applied in many fields of wood.This article takes digital image processing technology as the base, takes the end faces hole image of the artificial fiberboard as the research object, and realizes the artificial fiberboard density detection by using the relations of the hole parameters and the plate density.According to the existing problems that the end faces image quality is bad, and the contrast of end faces image is low, and background and hole gray value have large differences, combined with the characteristics of the end faces image, in the aspects of end faces image preprocessing, the image noise is removed by using median filter, and this paper presents the local image contrast enhancement of fixed range and dynamic range, and the contrast of the cavity and the background is enhanced by using these methods, in the aspects of the cavity image segmentation, this paper presents region growing of local image, adaptive local threshold segmentation and partial minimum error thresholding method of cavity image combined with genetic algorithm, and this paper accurately segments the cavity image by using these methods.This article selects the cavity rate and the average cavity size as the characteristic parameters of cavity image, and analyzes characteristic parameters of cavity image the different density artificial fiberboard. The results show that artificial fiberboard density and characteristic parameters of cavity image are closely allied, the quantity of cavity is smaller and the size of cavity is smaller, the density is higher, the quantity of cavity is bigger and the size of cavity is larger, the density is lower. Therefore this relation can be treated as the judgment basis, the artificial fiberboard on-line density detection can be realized by using the image detection technique.The artificial fiberboard density detection system which is presented by this paper consists of the end face image acquisition system and the software system of density detection. The end face image acquisition system collects and transmits the image, and it consists of the microscope and the camera and the real-time image acquisition card and the computer. The software system of density detection processes the end face image and extracts the characteristic parameters of cavity image, and realizes artificial fiberboard on-line density detection. |
