With the rapid development of economy, and improvement of people's living standard, the current shortage of wood became more and more serious,the contradiction of wood between the demand and supply, also more and more serious, the basic way to solve these problems is the effective use of wood resources and mass production of wood substitutes. particle board,also called broken material board, a kind of man-made board, made of wood or other material,adding glue, by heat and pressure in the conentional produce, because it has light quality, smooth surface, texture, not easy deformation characteristics, can be used as substitute of wood, widely applied in manufacturing all aspects of life.At present, the domestic demand for particieboard, particieboard industries also gradually develop more quicklyParticleboard in production process, the production process is more complex, glue process as its key procedure of mechanical properties of particieboard, its product quality, production costs, as well as to the cause of environmental pollution has great impact. According to the technical requirement, particleboard sizing process is mainly according to lose such as the quantity change, according to equilibrium particle and the proportion of glue, glue input in this process, glue and input to keep the proportion of shavings highly dynamic balance. But in actual production, the influential factors, particieboard glue, when there is a strong coupling, nonlinear. Aiming at the control system, using the traditional PID control, has been unable to fulfill the requirements of production.This paper aiming at the complex structure of glue system,to establish its math mould, through the experiment to collect the data, using least-square curve fitting and step response curve modelling method and parameter identification method, and established the model correction, GM&D-A plane board adjustable glue equivalent mathematical model of the control system. The methods of modeling, is easy and quickly.According to the glue of Controlled object model is not easy determined, the given value and the anti-interference characteristics of tracking characteristics hard to balance in control precision characteristics, this paper adopts the fuzzy control with traditional reconfigurates the PID control method, combining the controller design, and based on the principle of immune feedback controller, to further enhance the stability of the system. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control system of immune reconfigurates the given value of system, tracking and resistance interference with a good performance, the system has good robustness.
