With the development of the technology, there is a higher request for the capacity of computer in many areas and it is difficult for a single computer to afford calculation. As the result of the increasing demand for calculative resource and calculative capacity, the grid calculating technology's final goal is to realize resource share and coordinating work in virtual network environment and dissolve the information island and resource isolated island. However, as the recourses have such characteristic as wide area distribution, isomerism, dynamic etc. In the computing grid environment, resource management is a very complex and challenging work whose efficiency is related to the performance of the computing grid system directly. All existing grid system such as Globus manages resources through a netlike form. It needs to keep overall information while distributing resources which result in the united distributor overloading, excessive communicating cost and difficulty to expand, moreover, it doesn't consider the reward of the resource supplier. This paper advances a resource management model based on bid mechanism. Such model dispatches resources by means of bid. First, the system asks for sending a biding information to all nodes according to calculation and then all nodes refer to the tender and the use ofresources itself to work out bid scheme. Finally, the system chooses the best one among all bid schemes. Relative to the others, this resource management model is more simple which needn't to hold overall resources information. So it is apt to expand and realize, what's more, it settles the reward of the resource supplier via bid mechanism.
