With the developing of the computer controlling technology, daily normalization management can be realized in sewage treatment. Along with the development of Ethernet in the field of computer science, communication gradually unitized to Ethernet in process control field. Ethernet has formed consensus as the senior communications network in fieldbus. As the development of Ethernet technology and Fieldbus technology, the Fieldbus and Ethernet as "an entire net" which is industrial control network system lets the executives of factory directly obtain industrial control information, and contact the factory management with production field as seamless integration. With the development of technology and application, it becomes inevitable that Ethernet enters into industrial automation field. So the industrial Ethernet is becoming a promising field bus control network.PROFIBUS can be used in communication between automation monitoring workshop in factory and the field equipment of the layers, realizing monitor distributed digital control and site communication network from the field device layer to workshop level, which can realize the factory integrated automation and site equipment intellectualization. In the field of automation communication, PROFINET provides a complete network solution, which is a technology over suppliers. It has advantages that can completely compatible with industrial Ethernet and existing field bus technology and protect existing investment well. It also can compatible with the Internet technology, and compact manufacturing execution organization with enterprise resource planning conveniently, solve the problems of Ethernet technology expanded to bottom ,and realize the factory communication system longitudinal unity.Aiming at the sewage treatment factory's needs, this paper discussed the aspects of the integrated automation system's reliabilities, openness, scalabilities and integrities. Compared with the various industrial application network connections, a communication network solutions based on PROFIBUS Field bus combined with PROFINET Ethernet was proposed. Then the network construction and data communication through OPC were presented. After the analysis of system technology and the site conditions, using B&R PCC as controller, and monitoring the whole factory through monitoring the sewage treatment system which was made by the upper configuration software configuration.
