The townspeople centre of Shenzhen city is a new government mansion of Shenzhen city .It is a sign structure of Shenzhen city .The housetop net shelf structure is the largest in the world .The environment is comparatively odiously (Completely outdoors ,wind is greatly and exposed in the sunlight and rain) ,and the building is particularly complex .But the research on rule of wind action to the super large complex type of the net shelf structure is lacking in the world .The design means of resisting wind which is based on that way is not satisfied .In view of this situation, to ensure the security, we have to establish an intelligent observation system monitors to such structure.The article analyzes that deform signal is the main signal of such monitor .The research is based on the environment of the structure. Sensor technique and computer technique are united to establish an electric sensor system of intellective structure monitor .Such rule is measuring the elastic deforming of the sensor that wind pressure force arouses , and change the structure pressure into electricity amount which is convenient to measure such as voltage juice and so on ,and then obtain the pressure value of the structure by means of measuring these electricity amount.The article systematically designs the system, specific designs the software and hardware of the system ,and analyzes the system by MATLAB's technique .
