Metal eroded is a natural trend and happen commonly. Metal eroded brings not only economy lossing but also safety hidden trouble. It is important to develop protecting technology to delay metal eroded progress.The prevention metal eroded power monitor system project stems from the item 'the eroded and defended system of pipe under the ground 'importantly supported by Fund of Hubei Physical Science. The design of a monitoring software of anticorrosive power is one of the key parts of the stem.The dissertation synthesizes the transducer technique, the detection technique and the computer technique to build a anticorrosive power monitor system, which measuring the power's parameter values and convert it into the electrical value which is convenient to research such as the voltage and the current. The system mainly include two part: the intelligent measuring/controlling node and the IPC. The IPC can receive the parameter values by transmitting and analyzing the electrical values which sent by intelligent measuring/controlling node through CAN bus. The monitor software analyzed the data and help user to monitor and control the anticorrosive power.The dissertation systematically and mainly discussed two parts content, including monitoring system design and developing software. It includes the following parts: design of the IPC communication with the intelligent node, data displaying with grid and curve , monitoring database which is convenient managing and inquiring monitoring data, setting and saving monitoring system's parameters, alarm module , intermixing programming with Visual C++6 and Matlab, which can realizes the tune Analysis, FFT and wavelet.The software takes advantage of the attributes of Visual C++6.0 and Matlab, which reduce the development period software designing, short the length of the software code, improving the efficiency of the execution.
