It is a new government mansion and a symbol structure of Shenzhen city. The housetop net shelf structure's environment is comparatively bad, and the building is particularly complex. The world lacks of the research on the rule of wind action to monitor the large complex type of the net shelf structure. The design means based on the way of resisting the wind is not satisfied with. In the view of this situation, we have to establish an intelligent monitor system to monitor the structure in order to ensure the security of the People Center.The article synthesizes the transducer technique, the detection technique and the computer technique to build a healthy intellective monitor system, which measuring the pressure value of structure and convert it into the electrical value which is convenient to research such as the voltage and the current. The upper computer can obtain pressure values by transmitting and analyzing the electrical values. The monitor software receives the data sending by the communication and analysis software to realize the intelligent detection of net structure.The article systematically and mainly discussed two parts content, including real-time data communication and analysis. It includes three parts, the first is the design of the upper computer communication with the lower computer, including the communication to the serial port and the PCL-813 sampling card. The second is that the upper computer receives the data sending by the communication software to realize the intelligent detection of net structure. The functions include the displaying of the channels of the data acquisition, the displaying of the curve of the acquiring data, the online and offline data analysis, the saving of acquiring data file, the data file management of hard disk and the configuration file; The third is that it realizes the Time Analysis, FFT and Hilbert by intermixing Visual C++6.0 with Matlab, which has the strong ability with data analysis, signal processing and graphic displaying, data processing and plenty of tools boxes. It implements these functions including FFT and Hilbert without using Matlab again in the environment of Visual C++6.0. It possesses good accuracy after analysis. The software takes advantage of the attributes of Visual C++6.0 and Matlab, which reduce the development period software designing, short the length of the software code, improving the efficiency of the execution.
