This paper is based on many a study and the practical instance of our country.In the study of this system, first of all, we put the intelligent communication and nursing information management system in the hospital information system, so we can know the system correctly and expand it easily in the future. Secondly, slave machine is designed. In this process, modularization design is important, and the whole system is made up of by each modularization. Finally, the communication of slave machine and master machine is realized, this is the perfection of the whole system after the accomplishment of the son machine.During the design of the system, we control the cost and fulfill anticipant function at the same time. Whole calling and group calling: whole calling is the calling of all son machines by the main machine, and group calling is the calling of some son machines by the main machine. The attestation system: all son machines have their own ID, so different son machine can be interchanged discretionarily, this can give us a convenient servicing and meet the need of the name system for different hospitals. Easy to consult and add the data of patients: recurring to the serial communication between master machine and slave machine, the information of patient's can pop-up automatically during the calling, and if there has no information for that patient, a new information dialog box popped for the doctor to add the data. Display by turns: if the doctor is not here, and there are many calling have been made, the main machine can display the number turn and turn about. The foremost and most special number is been switched on at first after the doctor's coming. The exiting of calling: if some patient has made a call but the doctor has not answered, he can press the button to cancel the call. The communication between master machine and slave machine: the master machine can pop-up the data of patients, and the doctor also can make a call through the master machine, this can solve the problem of separation of hospital information system and calling system. The possessive of the line of special number: if a special number made a call, the communication between the main machine and the plain number is terminated and the special number is on the line.Besides the summarization of the past, this paper also puts forward suggestions for further study and makes a prospect in the future.
