| Yue Hua Hospital's nursing information management system is one of the component subsystem in the new information system under development and application by the medical institute, which goal is to provide wider support to its patient-centric operation notions by means of advanced technical measurements as well as to implement more completeness in standardization and formalization.The development is systematically described in this thesis from the aspects of requirement analysis, design, programming implementation and tests. In the aspect of requirements analysis, the thesis analyzes the function operation and demands for system in hospital basic nursing information management, nursing transaction management and medical archive information management functions along with the use case models constructed. In the aspect of software design, the thesis describes the software architecture scheme and main software modules internal structure by applying the object-oriented techniques and methodologies, along with the main objects class diagram models constructed as well as the system database global design scheme and some relational data table structures. In the aspects of programming implementation, Yue Hua Hospital's nursing information management system is programmed with C# and its database uses Oracle running in the environment of Windows operation platform. The thesis describes some programming implementations and running information examples, test methods at programming unit level and modules level with main results in addition.This software runs stably through the modules tests and probation evaluation. Through the users evaluation this system correctly implements all demanded requirements in functions as well as in security and performance aspects, in addition it can also correctly exchange transactional information with other related systems in the hospital's global information platform, reaching its development objectives as a result. |
