| With the increasingly aging and high aging population of our country, the problems about the elderly’s life care and healthcare become increasingly prominent. However, limited to the family sizes shrinking and the changes in family structure, the function of family pension is gradually weakening. And the service demand for nursing home has grown accordingly. For the elderly are easy to lack of sense of home in the atmosphere of traditional endowment pattern, so higher management level and service quality in nursing home are needed. Recently, motivated by the policy about strengthening pension service, wisdom endowment has occurred at home and abroad. By applying intelligent information technology to various aspects in pension service, the technical level in nursing home and the life quality of the elderly have greatly improved. Nevertheless, the information management demand of the nursing home currently is high, but most of them are still in a state of blank. Moreover, as the most important link of the pension service, the phenomena of non-standard management process, un-reasonable tasks and plans, low service efficiency are obvious in nursing home. And information management system in nursing home is still lack of integration management about nursing grading, nursing plans making, nursing quality evaluation and so forth, which affect service quality of the nursing home and life experience of the old.At the background of wisdom endowment extension and pension informatization in nursing home, and in view of key nursing problems and new requirements of information system, this article designs and implements a full functional nursing management system by using B/S structure, MVC design pattern, and utilizing the J2EE technical framework in system development, which includes SSH framework. According to business process of nursing, there are five, modules have been designed and achieved, including basic information management, nursing project management, nursing quality evaluation, specific events management and system management. On one hand, it can provide functional support and decision support for daily business in nursing home, such as information registration for the elderly, sickbed query, nursing plan making and nursing workers management. On the other hand, it makes great importance to mental nursing for the elderly, nursing quality evaluation and nursing risk management, which can effectively improve the service and management level of the nursing home. Meanwhile, the system is based on data, which is favorable to forming rule base, providing support for nursing plan recommendation, data analysis and data mining.This paper mainly describes the implementation process of the nursing management system. According to the principle and process of software development, it makes detailed analysis and explanation on the demand design, system design, system implementation with much diagram description or process design. |
