In this thesis, the intelligent instrument base on Network is researched .With the development of the technology about the microcontroller , the intelligent instrument have more and more advantage , It can not only inspect, but also store Judge , dispose the message , compensate real-time , self-diagnose , self-emend . The intelligent instrument integrate many functions and realize in-field, such as measure , compensation calculation ^ engineering parameter disposer > controlling.On the other side , networks technology is developed rapidly and applied widely with the price declining and the performance enhancing of the computer. We must take full advantage of the networks technology to design the factory net , which can work in-field reliably and be made economically . The communication system can exchange the message between the in-field devices N between the device with the outside networks .In this paper the composing and principle and the trend of the networks intelligent instrument is researched upon practical project . We use the LVDT and metrological raster as the measure element , we not only design but also analyze communication systems in common use at the present time.It have the actual innovative meaning . The system is designed according to the practical requirement. It have high precision , stable performance , strong anti-interference ability . It can be joined to NC directly , it can control the machine rapidly and its parameter can be regulate simply .The networks intelligent instrument reflects the developing direction and trends of the modern instrument . This system meet the user's technical specification , and have been placed in operation already , ready to been put into mass production , It is a perfect instrument in the automatic industry production process...
