In no matter what daily life or agriculture and industry, automatical control for temperature and hunmidity has been widely applied. The microcomputer to measure and control the temperature and humidity has developed daily and perfect, and increasingly demonstrated its superiority. In university laboratory, a majority of experimental instruments are sensitive to the temperature and humidity, and the suitable temperature and humidity is vital to instruments on working safely and stably, improving the experimental quality, and extending their service life. In the meantime, the conformable temperature and humidity can also improve experimental environment and advance the efficiency of students and teachers studying in laboratories. Therefore, it is significant that developing a temperature and humidity supervisory system which is low cost and power consumption, high reliability, easy to carry out and maintaint.This paper nearly follows the demands of the temperature and humidity and fire steal alarm in some university, designs a kind of temperature humidity and fire steal alarm automatic monitoring system based on microcomputer measurement and control network, which makes up of temperature and humidity controllers, host computer, and watch-on machine. The N lower position machines of temperature and humidity controllers supervise real-time temperature and humidity for each storehouse or laboratory. The host computer is responsible to manage the N slave computers, complete the real-time data collection, display statistics, print report forms, monitor movement status of the slave computers, set the given values for temperature and humidity controllers and alarm. The net watch-on machine in reserve can be automatically promoted to the net host computer when it drops out because of malfunction, and be in charge with the information inquiry for the fire steal alarm of the system and alarm.This paper designs the overall software and hardware for the system, and has given the lower position machine hardware design scheme and the electrical schematic diagram, provided the main flow chart and the host computer's management software and design result of man-machine contact surface. Considering resource configurations, characteristics and others actual situation of the system, in view of temperature and hunmidity automatic control demand, the increment PID with dead-band control algorithm is adopted to control the humidity, in order to enhance the precision of temperature and hunmidity observation and control, one kind of compound digital filter algorithm with low pass filter and the weighted average filter has been constructed.The research and development system has confirmed its validity and the practical value after the laboratory simulation movement, and builted a foundation for the next step of project realization, because of its brief structure, low price, convenient maintenance, the system can be widely applied in the situation which has the strict request for the temperature and humidity, like the laboratories, the storehouses. Therefore, the system has a certain application prospect.
