This paper deals with the design and the development of the Microcomputer Burden System based on DCS (Distributed Control System) from the respects of the Microcomputer Burden System's construction, burden accuracy, software and hardware design and so on.The Microcomputer Burden System is one of the key links in the burden process's process control and quality control. And it is important technical instrumentality to realize automatic production, scientific management, safe operation and energy saving. Therefore, it is very important to optimally design and develop Microcomputer Burden System with advanced techniques and mature device.The Microcomputer Burden System which this paper deals with adopts the thought about distributed control system' design which improves the reliability from the whole system. In this paper, we discuss how to establish the mathematic model of burden system; analyze varieties of factors to influence burden accuracy; develop the self-adaptive control algorithm to resolve "burden error", and adopt software and hardware measurements to solve weighing error in the respect of metering scale.The whole Microcomputer Burden System is made of the industrial control computer (management band) and the burden controller (controlband). The industrial control computer adopts ADVANTECH610 product. The burden controller adopts a Single-Chip Microcomputer system, whose MCU is a kind of processor-AT89C51 which is used in all kinds of control systems, whose A/D switched apparatus is MAX180, whose low-pass filter is MAX293, whose controlled silicon phase-shift touch-off circuit is TCA785, and whose communicating interface of RS232 is MAX202. The Watchdog of the MCU is MAX705 and the system uses an on-off electrical source to supply power. The burden controller adopts the complier and the Basic language to program and its concerned software is designed, including the data management, the data aquision, the wave-percolation, the control etc. Some methods of anti-jamming that adopt in this system were also studied, including the methods of the hardware anti-jamming and the software anti-jamming.
