Constant pressure air feeding system serves as an important power apparatus of several typical fields involving the vehicle department of railway, marshalling yard, etc. Moreover, appropriate and correct operating way of air compressor motor of this system is significant when it comes to secure manufacture and energy conservation. There are nearly 1000 sets of railway systematic hump air compressor motors in our country, most of which, however, rely on the traditional method of relay control. Facing the problems prevalently existing in the traditional way of relay control such as vast energy consumption and instability in the operating process and on the basis of frequency conversion controls and energy-conserving idea, the article designs the hardware equipment for air compressor parameter gathering and the frequency conversion control and also devises the microcomputer automatic control software system.Depending on and also supporting to the hump press empty aircrew control in the west station of the Jinan railroad sub-bureau, the project structurally adopts two grades of control framework in which the industry computer (IPC) and PLC, respectively, function as the controlling machine and logic control machine of the air compress, and selects the frequency conversion labor frequency alternately parallel operation method. The reliable electrical chain-like safeguards its electricity security, carries out the entire function protection through the frequency changer to the electric motor.With reference to the control strategy, the project uses fuzzy PID control systems. According to conditions of constant pressure air control system, the item uses the frequency conversion adjustment and the fuzzy control technology to carry out on-line from the installation to the PID parameter; and according to the system mode quick-adjusting air-supply system working pressure, we can achieve the constant pressure air feed. The pressure changes delivers of the equipment exports will actually transform the pressure signal into the standard electrical signal which is input to the PID regulator, and then carry on the comparison with the hypothesis signal, by processing proportional, integral, differential computation, we will obtain the optimizing control parameter to control the energy conservation output of frequency conversion velometer, thus the control motor rotational speed will drive the air compressor to use the spirit and the pressure request frequency conversion velocity modulation energy conservation movement...
