In our country, the desert is expanding at high speed. To hold back this trend is our target of this research. The technique method we used is the environment wind tunnel technique which is common tool with advantage of independent on nature condition, shorten period of study and save large quantity time, manpower and material resources.On the base of consulting domestic and international research, communication between Microcomputer and Single-Chip Microcomputer is applied to manufacture a kind of wind velocity system. Then the new system is used to control VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) which control the wind machine to create the wind that we need and to provide to the wind tunnel.In the aspect of hardware design, the Single-Chip Microcomputer 's minimum system is applied to design display device about keyboard operation and DAC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) which economizes large quantity of hardware resource. Both hardware configuration and software configuration are carried out in the forms of modules.In the aspect of system expansibility, RS-485 port technique with the communication control between Microcomputer and Single-Chip Microcomputer is adopted, which can make one Microcomputer communicate with several machines.In the aspect of software design, Microcomputer communicates with Single-Chip Microcomputer. Microcomputer inputs data document and sends out electric current signal to control wind velocity according to the setted value of speed. The major work of Single-Chip Microcomputer is to get electric current signal from Microcomputer and transfer the signal into decimalization ASCII then send to show. Another function is to send the signal to the D/ A board which converts the signal into real control electric current. This current control VWF which control the wind machine to create the wind.The system has property of the ability of anti- interference , so it has advantage of safety, stability, dependable. The experiment results show that the system has preferable measuring performance which could be used to research on environmental protection.
