The country’s main commercial bank if you want to gain an advantage in the competition with foreign financial institutions, we must make full use of existing resources and customer relations, customer resources and the value of information depth of the excavation. We can say that analytical customer relationship management is generated in this case, by the degree of attention is also increasing, and occupies an extremely important position in the commercial banks. An analysis of customer relationship management strategy is an internal management of commercial banks, which can be classified according to the level of potential customers, values our customers, and enterprise resource re-integration. By analyzing the type of customer relationship management philosophy can make commercial banks gradually transformed into a customer-centric, in making the customer loyalty and satisfaction while improving, making the competitive advantage of commercial banks is enhanced, and thus gains more economic benefits.This paper studies the analytical customer relationship management system is based on the business requirements of the Bank of China is based on the Bank of China, the internal customer relationship business analysis and the existing businesses of shortcomings and deficiencies, conduct banking analytical customer relationship management business identification and establishment, and the design and implementation of appropriate analytical characteristics of the Bank of China, customer relationship management systems. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1) Of the Bank of China, the internal customer relationship management business to sort out, to determine the value and significance of analytical customer relationship management;(2) Analysis of customer relationship management system using SSH(Struts、Spring and Hibernate) technology, OLAP technology and data warehouse technology research;(3) analysis of the security requirements for customer relationship management systems, performance requirements, functional requirements, and the need for studies to analyze the results of the analysis carried out in conjunction with the established case model;(4) Conduct analytical customer relationship management modules, and data warehouse model to analyze and build models;(5) With the actual requirements of the system design, data warehousing, data extraction and security features of SSH.Analytical customer relationship management system has been implemented in the Bank of China and applications internally, so far the application effect is obvious, not only to protect the actual business needs of customer relationship management, and simple easy to manage, for other banks to implement analytical customer relationship management system with some reference value and reference.
