In the recent years, the enterprise's ability of producing and collecting data usinginformation technology has enhanced greatly, and large numbers of databases have beenapplied for management, handle official business,science research,engineering researchand development. So how to make use of information resource effectively,hold ourcustomers,carve out new market and heighten core competitive power of our enterprisehas become the primary question of the enterprise's Information building.Along with market competition intender day by day, CRM has become an importantconcept that be paid attention to all over the world. The management concept of enterprisehas changed from "product-Oriented" to "Customer-Oriented". The work to foster andmine our existing customers or potential customers has been considered the key step forthe enterprise's farther success.Founding on CRM project and dataware technology, the paper designs and carries outa dataware system which facing the CRM system. On the basis of researching basic theoryand method of multidimensional modeling, the paper works deeply over datawaredimension modeling. Aiming at the character of CRM data source and exigent require ofthe enterprise's decision, the paper also build some OLAP model to support theenterprise' s decision-making.
