The Research And Design Of Busy Connecting

BusyConnecting solves a problem that switchboard putting through rate will be reduced when the line is busy. It connects PSTN by service juncton's mode and provides identical hot insert for all users.First, in the thesis, the basic theory and technique of NO.7 signaling system and Excel Programmable Switch are dissertated thoroughly. In the following, the whole design for a BusyConnecting system is analyzed and discussed detailedly. For the core module of BusyConnecting system-No. 7 signaling call flow, design and realization scheme is proposed, and the functional testing is done successfully.The testing results show that the BusyConnecting system is an optimized design with perfect function and flexible network application. And all technique performance index is accord with ITU-T recommendation and the country standard.
