Research On Intelligent Residence Control Systems

With modern scientific and technological development and raising of people's living standard, people have been pursuing safer, more comfortable, and more intelligent as their goals. The performance of the management system of the intelligent residence district has become the important factor.The intelligent techniques of the residence district have been widely studied abroad and have become an important part of it, bring back good benefits. I have chosen this subject because the above reasons. Through the study of the subject, the development of intelligent control system of residence district have been completed. In order to realize intelligent management of the residence district, flexible, fast and safe network has to be established. The thesis introduces and compares several existing field bus systems, and LonWorks bus techniques have been chosen for networking , through which information and data are transferred. LonWorks has the advantages of supporting wide range of communication media, being reliable, with short design cycle and meeting end customers' need for new functions. Suitable for industry automation, especially building automation control systems.To accomplish the development of intelligent residence control system, our group has conduct the hardware development and the software programming. The trial operations at Tianjin HuaYuan Residence District and Shenyang FengHuang Garden Residence District have shown very good results, stable and reliable, promoting greatly the management level. The thesis introduced the hardware development of the intelligent residence control systems and the software structure, flowchart and application. The originality of the thesis is using LonWorks Bus Networking, developing data collector, controllor and gateway, programming the software, implementing various functions of intelligent residence control systems.
