To effectively supporting the implementation of SCM, we should construct the SCM information system to carry out the task of collecting data, handling data as well as communicating and sharing the information. The effective control and management of different information flow is the key to the forming of the integrated seamless supply chain. The management information system of SCM based on Internet/Intranet pattern has improved the information sharing degree greatly, which contribute to the Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd to implement the integrated SCM to deal with the fierce market competition day by day. In the paper, the concept of the SCM and the application of the information technology in the SCM are introduced, and the integrated SCM model based on Internet/Intranet pattern and the coordination control are also discussed. The paper has put forward an information coordination mechanism thought, which adopt " message flow " to abstract and express unitedly the supply logistics , funds , information flow of the supply chain. Then, some key technologies, for example: UML, object-oriented programming technology are described; On this basis, the design and development of the SCM information system of the Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd have discussed in detail, and then, the systematic foreground software application and background database realization are provided, at last, the ways to improve operation performance of the SCM are presented.
