The paper reviews domestic and international research on Supply Chain Management (SCM). The organization structure, system model, key technology and prototype development about SCM are studied using the method of system engineering. A multi-objective and multi-transportation mode production model for multi-level SCM is established and optimized in this paper. Firstly, the concept and effect of SCM are introduced. An organization structure frame on the core enterprise is presented. The essence of SCM is studied and the function of SCM is abstracted to object class, unit and system model. Accordingly, the frame is abstracted to a system model with three levels that are basic function, unit model and entity model respectively. Secondly. key technology of SCM is studied, which includes: modeling technology for supply chain operations reference model, legacy system encapsulating, security technology for SCM in Internet environment. EDJ technology for integrate logistical and information etc. Then, system overall scheme, system function and modules are studied, and the detailed flow design is provided and system prototype is developed based on MS Windows platform. Finally, the new problems about inventory management in SCM are discussed. Considering money cost and time cost, a multi-objective and multi-transportation mode production model for multi-level SCM is proposed and optimized. Summary and prospect are discussed in the last chapter. |
