The original intention of banks to carry out supply chain financial business is on the one hand for the needs of market expansion,and on the other hand,it is also a demand for SMEs to solve the financing problems.Supply chain finance focuses on the real transaction background of each enterprise in the supply chain,guarantees the credit strength of the core enterprise,and realizes the effective control of the logistics,capital flow and information flow with the self compensatory trade structure design.Thus,it will transform the uncontrollable risk of the credit business of individual enterprise into the whole controllable risk.Alleviate the SME financing difficult situation better.There are also some shortcomings in the practice of supply chain financial business,such as other forms of asymmetric information,lag mode,high operational risk and other problems between banks and enterprises,which stimulated the financing model optimization and risk control needs.Firstly,the paper combs the concept and function of supply chain finance,and discusses the theoretical basis of supply chain financial risk control.Principal-agent,information asymmetry theory and self-reimbursable trade financing theory how to achieve the risk avoidance in the actual business development process.Then it elaborates the business process of the existing three basic financing modes of supply chain finance and the defects in the operation of each mode.On this basis,the source of risk of supply chain finance and its influencing factors are analyzed,and the operational risk is highlighted,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.The Internet of Things is a kind of network technology that implements intelligent identification,tracking,and supervision of items through the comprehensive use of various sensing technologies to connect items to the Internet for information exchange under the agreed protocol.In this paper,a new inventory pledge financing mode is designed based on the special functions of Internet of things and the business process of inventory financing mode.The new model achieves efficient and transparent delivery of“four streams” among participating parties,further reducing credit risks and market risks,At the same time,it reduces the operational risk such as external fraud because of the real-time intelligent tracking of the pledge.Finally,according to Basel's classification of operational risk and the actual situation of the inventory pledgefinancing model,the operational risk loss events are divided into five categories,and the extreme value theory POT model is constructed to measure.The empirical analysis results show that there is a large gap between the value of risk loss caused by various types of losses in operational risk financing of supply chain finance inventory,and the greatest losses are caused by external fraud,which is through the comparison of inventory pledge financing based on IoT technology.By comparing the inventory pledge financing model based on Io T technology and the ES value of traditional mode operation risk,we can find that the supply chain finance model based on Io T technology effectively reduces the operational risk.
