The Control System Of Printing Machine

Printing products are an important part of human life which take a more important position in people's daily life> work and study. Traditional printing machine can only make tension control and low-speed printing, process printing is checked by hand, which can not match with modern life. D.C speed-adjusting and driving waste lots of energy compared with A.C speed-adjusting. Electric motor is the primary power for driving and speed adjusting which is widely used in life. In this article, the vctor frequency control of motor speed system is applied after analyzing different kinds of speed-adjusting; and full-digital control is realized during tension control of cylinder printing machine which has replaced analog control and greatly improved the tension control accuracy and increased the printing speed.In addition, this article has also suggested realizing on-line position detecting in process printing.
