At present,stacked flexo printing machine control system has two kinds of control methods,namely PLC control and relay control.Both control the mechanical spindle and drive gears through the interlocking bites between the spindle and the color of the shaft.The mechanical wear of the gears in the two control systems will result in reduced accuracy of the entire printing system,large noise,poor synchronization,and speed Low problem.Taking the stacked flexographic printing machine of Hangzhou Xianghuai Machinery Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper studies,reconstructs and implements the control system according to the process and performance requirements of the system.In this paper,firstly,the structure,process flow and transmission mode of stacked flexo printing machine are studied in detail.On the basis,a stacked flexo printing machine control method based on servo motor is proposed to solve the problem of poor printing accuracy and poor synchronization.Tension control is the technical difficulty of the whole project,and the key to accurate printing is to keep the tension stable in real time.This subject adopts variable proportional PID control algorithm to realize precise control of tension.At the same time to consider the constant tension winding will squeeze the product,taper control algorithm is used in winding,as the winding device increases the volume of the coil,the tension gradually decreases,to ensure that the machine in the stable operation of the winding institutions will not crush the product.In the synchronization control of printing color group,by adjusting the coupling ratio of the speed between the servo motor and the virtual spindle to compensate for the position error caused by external disturbances,achieve synchronization between color groups.This method can not only improve the synchronization precision of the system,but also meet the requirements of dynamic synchronization of the system,and solve the low-precision problem of printing technology by adjusting the chromaticity error.Finally,in the implementation of the control system,the German Beckhoff Systemmanger servo control system,Beckhoff PC controller and TwinCAT control platform are used,which set up a motion control system through the EtherCAT IP network protocol.Through the system debugging,field test and the performance analysis,the results show that the control system designed in this paper is simple and extensible,and it can greatly reduce the transmission error and improve the response speed,synchronization performance and printing precision.The system can meet the needs of procedures and can improve the previous defects.
