The 1.54 u m/1.06 u m twin wavelengths output laser has broad exploitive prospect under the background of optoelectronic defiance. The laser originated from the high frequency Raman shifing laser.The fundamental principle of Raman shifting laser is based on the nonlinear opticalresponse of an optical medium-------Stimulated Raman scattering(SRS).When the laser is running, SRS will be strongly competed by stimulated Brillouin scattering and optical damage,this will strongly induce the laser's working reliability to decline. At present, the high frequency Raman shifting Nd:YAG laser is not employed in our country. On the basis of the experiment of research at Raman shifting lasers formany years, the auther has proposed the design scheme about solving the optical damage according to the physical principle of optical damage in the article. Under the guidance of the classical and quantum theory of stimulated Raman scattering, We set about from the principle of intracavity Raman shifting lasers, and make use of the equivalent resonater way to calculate the relation of beam parameters and resonater parameters of the multielement resonater.At last, we work out the pertinent condition of resolving optical damage and present the related calculating method of resonater parameters from the viewpoint of project.
