With the increasing popularization rate of mobile phone and the overall development of 3G operation, the company will be facing the pressure of fiercer competition, slowed income growth and declined input-output ratio for a long time in the future. In order to maintain better profitability and realize sustainable development, it is an urgent task to promoting precise management and cost-effective operation. Under this background, the key problem is to divide more precise-grained marketing region and get marketing information timely. According to the type of marketing region, it can be divided into "university", "business", "landscape", etc. The university is becoming the key strategic market based on the data analysis. In order to realize the development strategy and confirm the ascendant to consolidate the sustained and efficient growth, it is necessary to construct comprehensive analysis subsystem of university market in business analysis support system of China Mobile Group Hebei. The system will monitor and analyze university market situation. And it will provide effective support for precise management to inner-oriented operation and customer-oriented marketing.The paper is based on the basic data information of university marketing in business analysis support system of China Mobile Group Hebei. According to the urgent demand of marketing precise management of China Mobile Group Hebei, the thought for comprehensive analysis subsystem of university marketing is presented; the university customer recognition model, the student customer unified view and the university market integrated analysis application are implemented. So the analysis and evaluation of university market operation target and the monitor and warning of the exception information around university are implemented.Firstly, according to the characteristics of university marketing competition, and the non-functional requirements are concluded, the business requirements are researched and analyzed. Then, the system is designed and explained separately from logical structure, physical structure, function structure and database model. Finally, the algorithm, the process and the operation of recognition model, unified view and special analysis are designed; the detailed design and the solution of the project are proposed.The project has been implemented and is running in the enterprise. The result show that the system can propel the precise management of China mobile Group Hebei university marketing, and enhance the response speed and control ability of the whole company to reply the changes of university marketing.
