In this paper, the coordinated control system (CCS) based on DEB400 is discussed and developed. At first, the present situation and its develop trend of CCS is bring in, then the structure of CCS is introduced in detail. In one part of the paper, particular care is taken about the principle of energy balance, coordinated control, energy demand and heat release, simulation is done for model validation and controller tune. Finally, the discussed CCS scheme was realized at a 500MW turbo-generator unit, and it can take the role of automatic generating control (AGC) for the net.
