The coordinated control system is a very important part of the power plant coal-fired units.It can effectively ensure the operation of power plant with security,efficiency and automation,it can also directly influence the operation quality of the coal-fired units.With the development of power industry,large units such as 500 MW units and 1000 MW units have become the main units of thermal power.At the same time,according to the instruction of power grid load demand and the requirements of power grid frequency deviation,the power plant not only needs to guarantee the safe and stable operation of unit itself,but also needs to participate in power grid peak shaving,frequency adjustment.All of these demands are basis on good control ability of coordinated control system.Because of the constant pressure from outside,the requirements for coordinated control system increasingly in power plant.On the basis of H? control and the H2 control methods,this paper designs the power plant coal-fired units coordinated control system which based on linear matrix inequalities?LMIs?.H? control and the H2 control both belongs to the robust control,they can deal with the problem of system control with multivariable,strong FGC,large delay,nonlinear,uncertain interference and so on.In this paper,the control laws of H? control and the H2 control are derived according to the algorithm of H? control and the H2 control.Then gives the design method to the state feedback H? controller and the state feedback H2 controller of the coordinated control system which based on LMIs.Next,taking the 500 MW coal-fired units coordinated control system as the controlled object,I experiment the simulation study under three conditions of 100%,95%,50%.By the tracking test of given value and the simulation test of anti-jamming ability,the effectiveness of the designed control scheme is confirmed.The simulation results show that the control performance of the state feedback H? controller and H2 controller based on LMIs are both pretty good.
