The Design And Realization Of Coordinated Control System For Large Scale Power Unit Based On I/A Series

In this paper, the coordinated control system (CCS)of large unit based on I/A'S is discussed and developed.At first, the present situation and its develop trend of CCS is bring in, the characteristics and features for I/A'S ,using of founction block especial of Self-tuning block and the application for control system of 600MW unit were introduced in detail.In one part of the paper, particular care is taken about the principle of energy balance, coordinated control, energy demand and heat release, Aming a 600MW unit main stream temperature control system of Ping Wei Power Plant,the PMC is gived, simulation is done for model validation and controller tune.Finally, the discussed CCS scheme was realized at a 600MW turbo-generator unit, and it can take the role of automatic generating control (AGC) for the net.Based upon a series of site tests, the controller was tuned properly, and the system runs in a good condition.
