| Since 1980's, laser marking has widely been applied in Europe and America. Lately laser marking has also been used in all walks of life in our country. Laser marking for bearings is a specific application in the maintenance of bearings, it is used to mark all kinds of train bearings maintenance information.The existing laser marking controller usually use PC to control, the traditional controlling method is drawing the mark graphic and saving it as a graphic file, then outputting this file in controlling software. In this controlling method, the saving and modifying of mark record is neither convenience.The controlling system of laser marking for bearings is a improvement of traditional PC software controlling method. This system is implemented in Visual C++. In this system, we designed users interface, database, marking controlling, single file marking and et cetera modules, we save the marking record resort using MFC DAO class to link ACCESS database. In this system, users input the marking contents through the users interface module, and save the marking contents as text into the database, then through the marking controlling module, we dynamically change marking text contents into graphics and mark it on the bearings.This system can save the marking contents into database, and can statistics the marking records. So, it provide convenience for the saving and dynamically modifying marking record. Additionally, the function of single file marking can output the graphic file, this is compatible with the traditional marking controlling method.This system is particularly suited to train bearings marking in dynamical changes of marking contents. It has such characteristics as convenient operation, stability of functions, satisfactory effects of marking, and so on.
