Universal Report System Design And Application In Railway Bureau Dispatch Management Information System

With high-speed development of computer and network technology, information plays an important role and produces more and more value in economic field. As national economic big artery, railway pays more attention to great effect of information on transportation. Especially from reform and opening, situation of transportation market deeply changes, and competition of several transportation ways gets aboil. In order to keep and enhance competitive advantages, railway must quicken step of information construction, make use of advanced technology, and improve management performance.In virtue of development of railway bureau dispatch management information system, this paper discusses the application of computer in railway bureau dispatch. In the paper, organization and function of railway bureau dispatch are briefly introduced; characteristic and relation of the core work of bureau dispatch - shift plan and train dispatch, are analyzed; then general structure, design idea and realization procedure of software system of shift plan and train dispatch are discussed preliminarily. A universal report design scheme is adopted for statistic function, and the design scheme is finally realized.The main content of this paper is as follows:In view of maladjustment between dispatch system and improvement of information and maladjustment between dispatch system and current demand of railway transportation organization, it's necessary and urgent to build railway bureau dispatch management information system.From the perspective of information, this paper studies and analyzes the structure of bureau dispatch system, its position and function in TMIS(Transportation Management Information System). Moreover, it discusses function requirements, physical structure and general solution scheme of bureau dispatch system.This paper also studies and analyzes work content, work flow and work characteristics of bureau shift plan and train dispatch, and thereby summarizes its function structure, design scheme, information interchange and data interfacetogether with other systems.According to the requirements of statistic function of bureau dispatch system, this paper adopts a general report system scheme based on B/S mode, and analyzes its realization theory and feasibility. Finally, the paper realizes coding for this scheme, and applies it to practice.
