Design Of Intelligent Diagnosis System

This paper expounds the process of developing of vibration data acquisition system and the intelligent instruments for fault diagnosis and realizes a fundamental frame of intelligent diagnosis system based on Virtual Instruments (VI). This data acquisition system imposed sufficiently on the resources of hardware to achieve modularized programming structure and enhance the efficiency of MCU. And on designing the interface, there are some universal controls be developed to make a VI interface which carries out the idea of The software is the instruments. All of these have some merits on reference and practicality for congeners.
