Virtual learning community is the leading form of network education under the rapid development of modern network.It has a significant influence on the teaching and learning methods and methods between teachers and students,and it is more and more respected and loved by educators,learners and relevant education departments.It also provides opportunities for the development of remote online learning.As the main body of virtual learning community,knowledge interaction is an important part and content of virtual learning community.However,currently most of the virtual learning community,will be more focus on the lifting platform technology,ignoring the learners' enthusiasm for knowledge interaction in virtual learning community demand,makes the knowledge interaction in virtual learning community enthusiasm is not strong,how to properly solve these obvious problems in virtual learning community,improve the virtual learning community is not actively learning atmosphere of interaction,you need to further enhance the ability of the learners' knowledge interaction and motivation,need to study factors that influence the learners knowledge interaction motivation of this study mainly aims at is the impact on the community of learners knowledge interaction actively Conduct empirical research on factors.Through a detailed summary of all the literature collected in connection with the research,the concepts of subconcepts and knowledge interaction in the virtual learning community are summarized.Mainly using the theory of this study include the social constructivist theory,and the theory of learning community,a total of five kinds of theory,put forward the initiative of learners' knowledge interaction in virtual learning community factors influencing dimensions are: learning behavior attitude,learners perceived behavior control,teachers,community environment four large dimensions.This paper mainly adopts the literature survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,content analysis method,statistical analysis method,according to the steps and requirements of empirical analysis,a series of relevant data research.This paper summarizes the influencing factors of knowledge interaction positivity in virtual learning communities,and establishes research hypotheses based on relevant factors,and constructs a model of influencing factors based on research hypotheses.With the virtual learning community of qufu normal university as themain platform,this paper conducts a survey on the students who have participated in the virtual learning community.SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 software are used for data processing and analysis,so as to further test the relevant research hypotheses.After several revisions,the most accurate model was obtained.According to a series of research institute concluded that the enthusiasm of learners in virtual learning community knowledge interaction received the learners themselves directly affect the behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control,and the teachers as guides and organizers of virtual learning community,is the guarantee learners can actively motivated factor of knowledge interaction in the community,the virtual learning community platform support and community environment atmosphere as the most fundamental in the influence factors on the community of learners' knowledge interaction enthusiasm produced positive influence can not be ignored.The author makes a detailed summary of the factors affecting the positivity of knowledge interaction in the community.Starting from the three aspects of learners,teachers and community environment,the author puts forward practical methods and Suggestions on how to improve learners' positivity of knowledge interaction in the virtual learning community.
