The teaching art is a process, is also a collection of the process. This means that teaching art is dynamic, formed, rather than rigid and solidified. Teaching includes the establishment of teaching philosophy, the continuance of teaching behavior and the realization of teaching philosophy. Teachers' pursuit for teaching art is the prerequisite and the subjectivity condition. And it is also a requirement of the occurrence of the teaching art philosophy and is a reflection of art subjectivity in the teaching. The teaching philosophy and its behavior have a high adaptation in teaching art, on one hand the teachers themselves have their own education, teaching philosophy, the philosophy is the result of their theoretical study and practical experience, and is also the reflection of the teachers'subjectivity, on the other hand,the teachers have the ability to turn the education and teaching philosophy into teaching behavior.And this is the second necessary condition for the occurrence of teaching art and is also the reflection of art creativity in teaching. So it is thus clear that there are two conditions for the occurrence of teaching art.The first one is the wish that the teacher wants to pursue the teaching art, the second one is the teacher's teaching professional ability.The continuance of the teaching art is a two-way exchange of emotion and value, the whole process of teaching is the dialogue, exchanges, upgrading and implementation of the two subjects. That means in the teaching art, while the knowledge, feelings and values formation of the students are focused on, more students'subjective realization is concerned about, and the students'subjective realization is based on the teacher's subjective realization. For teachers, the expression of subjects is laid particular emphasis, at the same time in the expression the teachers' characters and subjectivity are formed; for students the formation of subjects is laid particular emphasis, at the same time in the formation the students will express themselves. And just because of the specialty, it makes the continuance of the teaching art keep on not only the thinking, but also the emotion, not only the one-way devotion and realization of thinking and emotion, but also mutually devotion and realization, and in which the both subjects will realize beauty of life and achievement of life. And the teaching process displays the aesthetic nature of art. So there are two conditions for the continuance of the teaching art. One is the emotional resonance of teachers and students, the other is the thinking resonance of teachers and students, the former focus on achieving the purpose of knowledge, the latter focus on achieving the objective of value.There are some differences on the realization of the will specifications between teaching art and general teaching. And this is a problem about the realization of teaching philosophy. The realization of general teaching depends more on the teacher's subjective will, subjective emotion, subjective feeling…etc. And the realization of the teaching art depends more on the will specifications. To approach to realize the will specifications, two ways are needed:one is the purpose of teaching always presents, which makes the teaching behavior standardize and idealize, and also makes the teaching practice approach the teaching philosophy; the other is the principle of teaching is always implemented, which makes the teaching philosophy more concrete and better to operate, and makes teaching approach teaching practice. These two ways make teaching will move from abstract to concrete, and move toward will specifications, and at the same time the will specifications will further protect and facilitate the realization of teaching philosophy. Therefore, the essential conditions for the realization of the expectation of the teaching art should be the teaching purposes present throughout the whole teaching and the teaching principles implement throughout the whole teaching.
