| In the face of increasingly fierce social competition and the expansion of graduate student enrollment,the psychological pressure on graduate students has increased sharply,and the resulting mental health problems have also increased year by year.On the one hand,as one of the typical vulnerable groups,female postgraduates in China's universities have a large base and are more susceptible to psychological health problems.On the other hand,approaching the special period of graduation is a high-risk stage where various pressures cross together.However,although there are many researches on the psychological stress of female graduate students,research focusing on the current female graduate students is rare,especially the analysis of the source of psychological stress is even rarer.Therefore,in view of the particularity and importance of the graduation period,the in-depth exploration of the status quo and structure of the stress source for female postgraduates not only has important theoretical value and practical significance,but also demonstrates the humanistic care of education.This article uses a questionnaire survey to conduct a questionnaire survey of the 2019 female graduate students of X University,and uses interviews to deeply understand the sources of stress and causes of female graduate students,and then propose the corresponding Resolution strategy.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the theoretical basis of stress research for fresh female graduates of X University.Through the research and analysis of the theory of stress cognitive interaction,it lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this article.The second part is the status quo of thecurrent female master's degree in X University.Through interviews and questionnaires to investigate the 2019 female graduate students,it is found that the pressure of female graduate students in general is relatively large.Among them,employment pressure,academic pressure,economic pressure,marriage pressure,and interpersonal pressure are among the current female graduate students pressure source.There is a significant difference between the current female graduate student's source dimension,the only child dimension,and the professional dimension.There are also significant differences in employment pressure,academic pressure,marriage pressure,economic pressure,and interpersonal pressure among different groups of female graduate students.The impact of stress on female postgraduates,including positive and negative effects.The negative effects include cognitive,physiological and behavioral aspects.The third part is the reason for the pressure of the female master's graduate students in X University.The factors that cause the stress of the new female graduate students come from social factors,school factors,family factors and personal factors.Social factors include employers,large social competitiveness,unbalanced regional economic development,the influence of social public opinion,and the impact of social media;school factors include the lack of employment guidance,school expansion,large scientific research tasks,strict tutor requirements,and mental health education courses Family factors include high parental expectations,poor family economic status,parents' lack of psychological attention,and family disharmony;personal factors include lack of social experience,lack of career planning,unreasonable timing,and poor communication skills.The fourth part is suggestions and countermeasures.According to the causes of stress in the third part,the article also puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the social,school,family,and personal aspects.Social aspects include improving the role recognition of current female graduate students,eliminating school discrimination,improving social employment,reducing negative social opinion and increasing social activities;school aspects include increasing employmenteducation courses,reducing school enrollment expansion,increasing mental health education courses and psychological Counseling rooms and mentors change the guidance mode and carry out scientific research activities;the family aspect includes adjusting the family's expectations of corresponding female graduate students,changing education methods,and creating a harmonious family atmosphere;the personal aspect includes actively participating in social practice activities and having a clear career Plan,arrange time and improve communication skills.I hope to provide effective help to alleviate the pressure on fresh female graduate students. |
