In recent years,with the rapid increase of demand for high-quality talents,the scale of postgraduate enrollment has gradually expanded,so the domestic socioeconomic structure is also constantly making corresponding adjustments and changes,but graduate students with high academic qualifications are generally facing huge employment pressure,at the same time,the domestic and international economic situation has also been in a downturn.According to the survey,the number of college graduates flowing into the labor market is increasing rapidly,but the jobs offered to graduates in the process of job-hunting are in short supply,which makes college students face the risk of unemployment during graduation.The difficulty of employment has become an important social problem and become increasingly prominent.As an indispensable part of it,graduate students have become the focus of attention from all walks of life.This research is based on Bandura’s self-efficacy theory.With the support of relevant research,we will further search for the relationship between graduate students’ employment pressure,job-hunting efficacy and social support.We will further explore and discuss the first factor and its important influencing factors that affect graduate students’ employment pressure,and hope that this research can be carried out under certain circumstances In the process of graduate students’ career,we should provide reasonable advocacy and suggestions.The scales used in this study include the simple scale of job selection efficacy,the college students’ employment pressure questionnaire and the social support rating scale.These scales are widely used now.They are revised by long Yanmei,compiled by Chen Yuhong and compiled by Xiao Shuiyuan.300 graduate students who are about to graduate have a questionnaire survey,277 valid questionnaires were collected,including 169 boys and 108 girls.After careful exploration,discussion and analysis,the researcher got the following results:(1)There are significant differences in the factors of gender,only child or not in the employment pressure of the graduate students who are about to graduate;there are significant differences in the factors of gender,only child or not in social support;there are significant differences in the factors of professional categories in the sense of career selection efficacy.(2)There is a correlation among the three factors of graduate employment pressure,social support and job selection efficacy.With the increase of employment pressure,social support will obviously decrease,and social support will also increase when thesense of job selection efficiency is improved.(3)Employment pressure has a direct effect on the sense of job-hunting efficacy,and it can also be affected by some intermediary functions of social support.From the results of this study,we are deeply aware of the seriousness of the employment pressure.To mobilize all levels of society,we should not only attach great importance to the various situations that graduates are about to face,but also pay special attention to the employment pressure of these graduate students who are about to face graduation,so that students can form a strong ability of self-awareness,so that students can have a correct process of self-awareness and improve themselves The degree of self-confidence of students can further improve their sense of efficiency in career selection.
