China's college teachers of higher education are the most valuable human resources of sustainable development in the coming 21st century , they are the bridge between Students and institutions of higher learning,they are the link to disseminate knowledge to college students in the near future , they are the hope for the future of the motherland and the backbone of the future,and they play a decisive role in China's higher education goals and tasks of education.They are not only the major forces of teaching and research, but also hope for the development of institutions.Social development and in-depth reform of higher learning have brought development opportunities for teachers in colleges and universities ,and at the same time, they also have brought challenges and pressures.Especially in the past few years as China's modern higher education, expansion of college students, college personnel system reform, Evaluation, job competition and a series of system implementation, College teachers as a promoter of reform and bearer, play a vital role in the reform, and at the same, they are under tremendous work pressure.They are faced with the pressure as teaching evaluation,assessment of scientific research,assessment of title, job promotion, the relationship between colleagues and so on.If the problem of teachers'work stress were not well dealt with,it must have a negative effect on the college students, institutions of higher learning, education and social interests.The situation of the pressure of teachers has a direct bearing on the higher learning training objectives, the quality of education and the quality of students.As a result, college teachers are special and important groups,concerning about them, whether their own teachers, college students or the overall development of higher education will no doubt be of great significance.The study about pressure of teachers more Concerned about primary and secondary school teachers, and less Concerned about university teachers.College teacher is a very respected profession, is also very heavy pressure's career.From the perspective of the teaching profession, the pressure of the teaching profession is the external aspects of the teaching profession objective exciting and teachers within the individual personality act together and produced. Teacher stress is a psychological experience of teachers,but the research and survey indicated that the teachers'sense of organizational support have a major impact on teachers'pressure. Basing on the analysis of the literature, the actual case interview, Survey of Questionnaire, and the evidence relating to the conclusion of the study,we will Choose a more comprehensive and accurate variable of the sense of organizational support and work stress,design the corresponding Questionnaire of the sense of organizational support and work stress,issue some questionnaires to obtain relevant data for Demographic analysis, Correlation Analysis, and multiple regression analysis, So as to arrive at conclusions,come up with effective proposals to ease work pressure of teachers in our province, and finally achieve the establishment of College harmonious soft environment which is"Teacher-centered".
